Draw a series of nearly straight lines, forming corners at the jaw and chin. Enclose the figure by using a short, curved line to outline the ear. Enclose an irregular form within the circle using two curved lines.
Notice how the lines meet in a downward facing point, off centered to one side of the head. Erase the guide line from the face, left over from the original circle. You now have a clean outline of the head from which to work.
Manga hair is well known for its spiky appearance.
Outline the hair above the head using a series of short, curved lines that meet in jagged points. Notice that the lines extend from the crown at the back of the head; one set of lines connects to the ear, while the other encircles the head to meet at the hairline. Erase the guide line that had been used to determine the hairline.
Add texture and detail to the hair. Extending from the crown outwards, draw several sets of connected, curved lines that meet in spiky points. Color your character. It is up to you to decide.

It honestly doesn't feel that long. I got myself a new computer and I've been doodling but mostly setting up my gaming station for a myriad of things that I play with my boyfriend. I feel bad for disappearing, especially since I made so many wonderful friendships on here, but it looks like I'm going to have to start over when and if I have the time for it. How have you all been?

A lot of stuff has been going down irl, work drama, personal drama and building of relationships and shit and a lot of the times i haven't been motivated to sit down and relax and draw like I used to I know I've got a few people asking me for commissions and updates on that; I'm still working on them!
Don't think I haven't forgotten, just been busy as fuck. It's really killing me emotionally and stuff lately so I'm sorry I'm taking forever and a half with all of it. Again, I'm so sorry.. Life just gets in the way. I hope y'all are alright! Happy Soon t. Sponges, airbrushes, paints, etc and you can customize your own brushes from what I've seen, I haven't tried that out yet.
I've been sitting here toying around with it, testing out the different brushes and it's pretty fantastic. If I ever get into painting stuff digitally, this will be my goto art program just because of the massive amount of variability it has inside of it.
